ENVISIONING THE PROJECT
Fortis will work with our clients to create a program for the building program that addresses their goals. This initial design process includes the planning of the site or programming of an existing building with the parameters of zoning and other regulations guiding the process.
PENCIL ON PAPER
Fortis develops proposed solutions for the the client
utilization of different media from traditional hand
sketches to computer generated renderings.
DRAWINGS
Fortis develops the solution agreed upon with the client creating a final set of documents of drawings and specifications that allow for permitting, pricing and construction.
HARD HATS
Fortis follows the project through the construction phase
when desired by our client, tracking the progress of the
project, review of important components that make up the
project and working with the client’s General Contractor in
a team effort to complete the project for the client.
